Terms
Last updated: 5 October 2026.
1. Who we are
This store is operated by INTROCARD UK LTD, a company registered in Scotland with company number SC900128. Our business contact address is Office 631 Young Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4JB. For orders, support or complaints, email support@introcard.co.uk.
2. Your order
These terms apply to purchases from our online store. Read them together with our pre-orders and refunds policy and delivery policy. The product description, price and delivery information shown when you order form part of your purchase information.
Please check your order, email address and delivery details before paying. Payment is taken through Shopify checkout using the methods offered there. For current physical-card pre-orders, payment is taken when you place the order. Your order confirmation is sent by email. Contact us promptly if your confirmation is missing or any details are incorrect.
3. The current pre-order
The current offer is one silver metal Introcard for £49 with free UK delivery, a digital profile and access to the personal portal. Five profile links are included; phone and email actions do not use that allowance. An optional upgrade to ten links is a separate purchase at the price shown when you choose it. The current physical-card offer has no monthly subscription fee.
Engraving and personalisation are not included. Illustrations may show example names, profiles or portal activity and do not promise an engraved card. Features marked as planned, including Apple Wallet, are not guaranteed features of the current offer.
Expected dispatch is January 2027. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. This is a pre-order for later fulfilment, not an in-stock item for immediate delivery. See our delivery policy for updates, delays and cancellation information.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. The total payable, including any applicable delivery charge, is shown before payment. INTROCARD UK LTD is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. A later price change does not change the price of an order already placed.
5. Using your card and profile
Contactless sharing requires a compatible NFC-enabled phone. The printed QR code offers another way to open your profile. Viewing the online profile requires an internet connection; the recipient does not need an Introcard app.
Use an email address you can access for your order and portal account, keep your sign-in details secure and take care when choosing what to publish. Only upload or link to content you are entitled to share. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, impersonation or interference with another person's account.
6. Cancellations, faults and refunds
You can cancel a physical-card pre-order before dispatch. Consumers also have rights to cancel after delivery and remedies if goods or digital services are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements. Our pre-orders and refunds policy explains how to contact us, return a card and receive a refund.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Buying a digital upgrade does not automatically waive statutory cancellation rights.
7. Privacy and cookies
See our privacy policy for how personal information is handled and our cookie notice for information about cookies and privacy choices. Marketing email consent is optional and separate from communications needed to process your order.
8. Questions and complaints
Email support@introcard.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. You can also write to the business contact address above. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Updates to these terms do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
